docs: major wiki overhaul — add Automation section, service runbooks, infra docs
Add 22 new pages and rewrite/edit 6 existing ones:
Automation (new):
- Automation-Pipeline: end-to-end Renovate → Komodo → redeploy walkthrough with Mermaid diagram
- Forgejo: LXC setup, PBS backup, webhook config, wiki git workflow
- Renovate: hourly cron, server-side config, PR behavior, troubleshooting
- Komodo: deploy procedure, never-self-deploy rule, gitconfig gotcha, LXC 113 Periphery
- SOPS-and-Secrets: runtime vs. encrypted-backup model, key locations, install steps
Infrastructure (new):
- Infrastructure-Overview: all machines, IPs, service table
- Network: Mermaid topology diagram, IP table, equipment, DNS, VLAN status
- Power-and-UPS: three-UPS topology, NUT master/slave, APC beeper, config paths
- Known-Issues-and-Gotchas: ConBee II, Docker snap, Komodo self-deploy, safe.directory, etc.
Services (new):
- Bookstack, Tandoor, Home-Assistant, Pinchflat, FreshRSS, Frigate, Wyze-Bridge,
Mosquitto, Dashy, Proxmox-LXC-Services
Operations (new):
- Backup-and-Restore-Strategy, Maintenance-Schedule, Useful-Commands
Rewritten/updated:
- How-to-Update-Apps: now references automation pipeline; keeps LXC/manual sections
- Nexus-Setup: replaced with redirect to current docs
- Home.md + _Sidebar.md: new five-section structure
- Home-DNS-Setup, Plex-in-Proxmox: added current-status notes
